Renovation of an apartment in Vilafortuny, Cambrils

Area: 48 m².

The apartment had a step between the bedroom and the living room. The finishes were in poor condition and very dark. The windows lacked thermal break. Both the bathroom and the kitchen were in very poor condition.
The renovation aimed to eliminate the level difference between the day and night areas and to expand the bedroom and bathroom spaces.
A built-in closet was designed to house the washer and dryer, as well as provide storage and wardrobe space.
Low-emission materials in light colors were used to increase brightness and the sense of spaciousness.
Aluminum joinery with thermal break was installed, equipped with adjustable louvered blinds and insect screens.
