Renovation of an apartment in Salou

The apartment requires a complete renovation. Both the bathroom and kitchen are in very poor condition. The windows lack thermal break. The renovation aims to improve the apartment's energy efficiency as well as enhance the sense of comfort and spaciousness.
The original gallery, used as a laundry area, will be removed to provide more space for the kitchen, which will open onto the living room and include a dining area. This modification also improves cross ventilation.
A ducted air conditioning system is planned.
Existing hydraulic floors will be preserved and restored, while bathroom and kitchen flooring will be replaced with ceramic tiles.
Low-emission materials in light colors will be used to increase brightness and the feeling of spaciousness.
Aluminum joinery with thermal break will be installed, equipped with adjustable louvered blinds to improve the building's energy performance and maximize comfort both in winter and summer.
